Hope is to be Creative. Creativity contributes to well being and quality of life. Creativity may manifest itself as an ability to act in a purposeful new and surprising ways when in day to day life as well as when in a crisis. Creativity is our way of expressing resiliency. Parents can encourage creativity by allowing children to discover what fascinates them the most. Creativity within the self is what helps us to find the silver lining in all of life's ups and downs.
